Registration Opens for Global Mobility Call 2023

Over 10,000 professionals from around the world are invited to take part and benefit from 50% off for early registration.

Global Mobility Call has opened registration to participate in its second edition, which will take place on 24-26 October at IFEMA MADRID. Participants will have exclusive access to talks by global mobility leaders, and a chance to connect with the companies, institutions and experts that are transforming the mobility of people and goods. Global Mobility Call brings together the largest international multisector community that is driving the movement towards sustainable, safe and connected mobility.

Over 10,000 professionals are expected to participate in person and they can choose from two pass types: Expo Pass Experience and Congress Pass Experience, both valid for the three days of the event, with numerous benefits and discounts of up to 50% for registrations made before 25 September. Business and networking opportunities

GMC Expo will showcase over 100 corporate exhibitors and startups with 30 of them being event partners. Those include ADIF, ARRIVA, BP, CEPSA, CRTM, EDP, EMT Madrid, ETRA, IBERDROLA, IBERIA, INDRA, METRO, MOBILITY ADO, PWC, RENFE, SISTEM, TOTAL ENERGIES, UBER and ULITY, among others. At GMC Expo participants will get to know the latest innovations and new business models, expand their network of contacts and build partnerships around new mobility projects and solutions. GMC 2023 offers participants the opportunity to network with managers and executives from 250 international companies from 25 countries, with a strong European and Latin American presence. Networking spaces and tools will be seamless and extremely diverse, with the possibility to have one-to-ones with all participants, including CEOs; and meeting in person with top international speakers.

Global Mobility Call’s business and networking experience will be rounded off with a series of side events on the hottest topics surrounding sustainable mobility under a multisector approach. An agenda to accelerate sustainable mobility

Global Mobility Call has become the largest meeting point for the movement driving global sustainable mobility. With over 130 sessions, the GMC Congress programme will dive into trends, innovations and state-of-the-art mobility projects.

GMC 2023 will host three major events from the official mobility agenda of the Spanish presidency of the Council of the European Union, organised by the Spanish Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and that will count with the participation from EU commissioners. These official events are the Technical Conference on Mobility in Rural Areas, The PEP Partnership on Active Mobility meeting, and an important day on the European Corridors in Spain 360: Atlantic Corridor and Mediterranean Corridor, for which investments exceeding 53,806 million euros are planned.

The Global Mobility Call programme will have a prominent line-up of international mobility expert speakers, such as the visionary pilot, explorer, and chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation, Bertrand Piccard; Peggy Liu, from JUCCCE (Joint US China Collaboration on Clean Energy); Jeremy Rifkin, chairman of the Foundation on Economic Trends (FOET); Ge Jun, CEO of ToJoy Shared Holding Group; Ugwem Eneyo, co-founder and CEO of SHYFT Power Solution; and Miguel Luengo-Oroz, founder and CEO of Spotlab-AI for medicine, and former UN Chief Data Scientist.

Innovation, a driving force at Global Mobility Call

Innovation and entrepreneurship will take centre stage at Global Mobility Call 2023, with the participation of international innovation hubs, tech centres, universities and startups. Disruptive projects will be presented in the Innovation Arena and there will be round tables for debating cybersecurity, high-tech, new financing solutions and new studies applied to mobility, among others.

The International Sustainable Mobility Challenge for Startups, the Invest event, and Brokerage by EDIH Madrid Region – European Digital Innovation Hub, are just a few of the highlights of the innovation programme, along with a Young Talent and Entrepreneurialism Day, promoted by the Polytechnic Universities of Madrid, Catalonia, Cartagena and Valencia, at the cutting edge of the mobility R&D.
