Fully Charged: Welcome to the UK’s Largest eBike Service Centre!

Our new 10,000 sq/ft Service Centre and dedicated Business and Family eCargo Showroom in London Bridge is the very first of its kind, and caters for the growing need for electric bikes to be serviced here in the U.K.

We could not be prouder as an independent business that’s headed up in Central London to launch the UK’s largest eBike service centre, underneath the railway arches in London Bridge. Our new site is just a stone’s throw away from our flagship showroom on Crucifix Lane, and consists of four arches on Holyrood Street, just opposite Nine Lives Cocktail Bar (which has started to become a dangerous haunt for us all for a Friday evening drink!). Of course it is paramount for us as the UK’s premium eBike specialists to offer our clients the very best experience with their eBike. For us, it is the rider’s ongoing experience that is our primary focus as a team, and so the launch of our new 10,000 sq/ft service centre is going someway towards us achieving our goal of providing the best customer service in the industry.

Whilst the UK market has exploded in recent years with there being a far greater awareness of eBikes, we continue to see a failure by many retailers, direct-to-consumer brands and online marketplaces to assist its network of riders with sufficient aftercare support and maintenance. From the very inception of Fully Charged, it has been our mission to create a longstanding relationship with our customers, and to grow with them on their journey to help revolutionise our streets for the greater good.

The centre caters for the growing need for electric bikes to be serviced in the United Kingdom.

Our new workshop now consists of six eBike stands and two eCargo bays, which has allowed us to increase our servicing capacity. We are continuing to recruit a growing number of dedicated eBike and eCargo specialist mechanics, product managers and technical support staff to ensure that our existing clients receive the quality customer experience they rightly deserve by buying premium.

It has been reassuring seeing the media finally realising the benefits cargo bikes can have for transporting goods around the inner city, with new studies recognising that they deliver goods faster and cleaner than vans! We like to think we’re always one step ahead of the game here at Fully Charged, which is why we’ve installed a first of its kind eCargo Showroom in Arch One of the new facility, dedicated to families looking to replace cars, but also for businesses looking to make the switch to a greener future for their company. This has been a huge growth area for our business over the past eighteen months, and so having a site that can not only display our range of eCargo bikes from our manufacturers, but service them accordingly, will no doubt help keep our growing fleet of SME’s, businesses and local authorities stay on the road.

As a company we continue to try and make small, meaningful steps towards reducing our impact on the environment. That is why when fitting out the new site, we wanted to make sure that we were using recycled building materials, including structural sheets of compressed Tetrapak to line the Victorian arches, which is made from recycled drinks cartons!

Of course, none of this could have been possible without the blood, sweat and tears that all of our team, tradespeople and local partners put into constructing the site. We are eternally grateful for having such a passionate team who worked day and night on this project. A special thanks goes out to Terry and Billy Charlesworth of Millwall Bricky’s, Jonny and Roach from R A Brown Electrics, Ray Pang of Match Lighting, Aakash of Vinayak Plywood, Jamie-Lee O’Brien of Triumph Plumbing & Heating and the Arch Co who as our landlords were able to get this show on the road!

We hope to see you all at the new site very soon.
