e-Scooter manufacturer Beyond has unveiled its new Cargo One vehicle, designed for delivery services.

The Cargo One was presented at Micromobility America, which took place in San Francisco in September 2022.

The vehicle features a dedicated cargo platform that is compatible with services such as Uber Eats. It is also equipped with swappable batteries for unlimited range and a keyless smart lock connected to the user’s phone.

To ensure food deliveries can be transported to the customer smoothly, the Cargo One has been designed with a long wheelbase, a steering stabiliser and front and rear suspensions.

In addition, the model has a high payload-to-weight ratio to securely carry up to 50lbs.

Beyond is offering the new vehicle as a subscription service for 39 USD per week or for a purchase price of 2,499 USD.
