Micromobility operators, TIER and Dott have completed their merger to form Europe’s largest micromobility operator: TIER-Dott.

This merger was announced in January 2024, but the financial transaction to officially merge the two companies closed this week.

The newly combined business has revenues of 250 million EUR and will support over 125 million trips a year in more than 20 countries.

Following the closing of this transaction, TIER and Dott will now be progressively integrated. Meanwhile, riders can continue to access TIER and Dott vehicles through their respective apps until further notice.

Details of the company’s new strategy will be announced in the coming weeks.
