MOIA America, LLC and Beep, Inc have announced a new strategic partnership that aims to introduce operations in multiple US markets over the next decade – beginning with Orlando.
The strategic partnership will see MOIA America provide Beep with its turnkey autonomous solution, including purpose-built, autonomous ready ID. Buzz vehicles equipped with the self-driving system developed by Mobileye, a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) software platform, as well as full operator training and enablement.

The two companies have stated that they intend to scale a fleet of up to 5,000 autonomous ID. Buzz vehicles, expanding operations across the entirety of the United States with implementation in cities, municipalities, public transportation, communities an large campuses.

Validation testing of a fleet of autonomous Volkswagen ID. Buzz vehicles has now begun in the community of Lake Nona, with planned rides expected to be offered later this year.
The initial testing and launch phases will see each vehicle operate with human operators in order to supervise validation of the vehicle technology.
