Drive your electric car from as little as 2p per mile with our exclusive new energy tariff from EDF.

At Pod Point, we’re on a mission to help drivers go electric the easy way. This means we’re always looking for new ways to help our customers unlock the full benefits of going electric and make life living with an electric vehicle (EV) effortless.

We’ve already done a lot to make the switch to electric cars easy through our Which? Trusted Trader endorsed installation service, which was given in recognition of our exceptional customer-led approach to our installations.

We also know that running costs are a key factor for drivers who want to make the switch to electric cars. That’s why we’re going even further by partnering with EDF to offer a brand new and exclusive energy tariff to help our customers further reduce their charging costs.

Introducing the Pod Point EV Exclusive Tariff

With Pod Point’s smart Solo 3 home charger and the competitive EV tariff pricing from EDF, customers can reduce their charging costs even more:

  • Off-peak fixed charging rate of just 7p per kWh*
  • Drive from as little as 2p per mile*
  • Charge effortlessly using 100% zero carbon renewable electricity*

Tariff Requirements

The Pod Point EV Exclusive tariff is only available to new Pod Point home customers who purchase a Solo 3 home charger after 18/10/2023. You’ll also need a smart meter installed and you can book this via EDF if you haven’t already.

For full eligibility criteria please visit the eligibility page here.

To maximise the benefits from this tariff, pair your Pod Point home charger with the Pod Point App. By doing so, you’ll be able to use the Charge Scheduling feature to schedule your charging to take place overnight when the cheaper rate kicks in.

How Charge Scheduling Works

Charge Scheduling is a feature in the Pod Point App that lets you set a customised charging schedule for your EV.
