NOVALITY responds to the demands of citizens who are increasingly aware of the environment, and makes the parking process easy to manage through the use of an app.
- Secure – the application of an underground parking lot with individual spaces equipped with an electronic latch makes it easier for theft of vehicles and vandalism to be avoided. Users can confidently leave their bicycles, scooters, helmets or personal effects without risk of being stolen.
- Time saving – finding where to park a bike or scooter will no longer be a problem for the user.
- Space saving – it occupies the parking space of a conventional car, and can accommodate 10 light vehicles.
- Intelligent – through an app, the user knows at all times the availability of spaces in each parking lot and can make their reservation in advance.
- Efficient – the underground parking solution can offer charging points for electric methods of urban mobility.
How It Works
By installing a free app available for iPhone and Android, users will be able to know the location of different parking lots, the spaces available in each of them and reserve what they need in advance.
When arriving at the parking lot, the user will announce their presence through the app, which will authorize the pressing of the activation button to lift the system. Once the vehicle has been stored and the door is closed, the user presses the same button to lower the platform.
NOVALITY stations can also function as a mini-hub for logistics companies since once internally modified, they are effective for last-mile deliveries, allowing for efficient parcel storage and removal. Sustained growth of e-commerce will guarantee a demand for these sorts of facilities.
