Mercedes-Benz Trucks has announced it will present the expanded portfolio of its second-generation battery-electric eActros for the first time on 30 September.
The new portfolio is set to build on the company’s Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 range, and will offer modular expansions to include a number of new variants, including semitrailer tractors and flatbed chassis with a selection of wheelbases, models with two battery packs and alternative L-cab variants of the existing Actros design.

All new variants aim to combine modern drive technology with improved energy efficiency and follow the concept of the eActros 600.
First delivered to customers in December 2024; Mercedes-Benz Trucks’ eActros 600 provides a battery capacity of more than 600 hours and a range of 500 kilometres on a single charge across three battery packs, each providing a capacity of 207 kWh.
Onboard batteries are based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology, and offer a total installed capacity of 621 kWh.
The eActros 600 is now in active operation in over 15 European companies and serves as Mercedes-Benz Trucks’ electric flagship model.
