Micromobility America

Micromobility America is an annual two-day conference and trade show dedicated to small electric vehicles. The 2026 edition takes place on 11 and 12 November at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. The event is organised by Micromobility Industries and is regarded as the leading gathering of its kind in North America.

Format and Scope

The event brings together manufacturers, retailers, distributors, operators, journalists, policymakers and investors from across the micromobility sector. Across two days, attendees can expect a conference programme featuring speakers drawn from industry, government and academia, alongside an exhibition floor where brands present their latest products and services. A dedicated test track allows visitors to try vehicles first-hand, and a networking app is available to facilitate connections between attendees, exhibitors and media.

The Exhibition

The expo area hosts a wide range of exhibitors covering the full spectrum of the small electric vehicle market, including electric bicycles, scooters, boards, buggies and moto-style vehicles. The event has historically attracted several hundred brands, making it a significant commercial occasion for those operating in or entering the North American market. A Startup Arena provides emerging companies with dedicated exhibition space and the opportunity to compete in the Startup of the Year awards.

The Conference

The conference programme spans both days and covers topics relevant to industry growth, regulation, safety, logistics and urban mobility policy. Speakers have previously included senior figures from vehicle manufacturers, shared mobility operators, city transport departments and investment firms. Tickets are available for general admission, with a separate application-based category for startups seeking exhibition space. Free passes are available on application for eligible city officials, media professionals, students, researchers and academics.
