EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK will take place on 16–22 September 2024.
EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK is the European Commission’s flagship campaign on sustainable mobility, focused on active mobility, urban mobility, public transport and clean transport solutions.
The theme for 2024 is shared public space. Local authorities are encouraged to spend the week planning innovative measures, promoting new infrastructure and technologies, and liaising with the public, culminating in a Car-Free Day.
Towns and cities from 45 countries in Europe, and beyond, participated during the main event week, including Argentina, Ecuador, Japan, Mexico, Peru and South Korea.
